Wild Surprise (red) by Ron Timmer
The magician asks a spectator to selected a card from a regular deck, but dont look at the card yet. Next he shows 4 cards freely on the back (no funny counts) and turns them over. He shows that they are all the same card (King of Spades for example)! However, when the selection is turned over an indifferent card shows up... (eight of heart for example). The magician now magically changes one at the time his four prediction cards into the selected card. Fronts and backs are shown freely again! No funny counts. The performer shows a jumbo card that has 1 black dot on one side, and 4 black dots on the other. When the card is shown again, strangely it has 3 dots on one side and 6 on the other. The card is shown a few more times, and each time the number of dots on its sides changes. At the end the magician explains to the audience how the trick works, but as a surprise finish 8 black dots suddenly appear from nowhere filling the card completely! Thanks to the clear photos in the instructions, the trick is very easy to learn. The card measures 24cm x 16cm and the dots have a diameter of 3cm x 7cm. You invite a spectator to take part in a card game. To do this, you present a set of seven cards consisting of six loser cards and a winner card. You put the winner card among the loser cards, so no one knows exactly where it is. Then you tell the audience that the spectator has 6 chances to win the prize offered. A spectator is told to pick a number between 1 and 6 and with this number 6 rounds are played. As soon as the winner card is turned over, the spectator wins. Lets say the spectator picks the number 4. The first three cards are removed from the top of the set and the 4th card is turned face up. It is a loser card. Triple Coincidence (poker size, red) by Card-Shark
The magician approaches a spectator and tells him that he looks like 35. While the spectator is still puzzled why a stranger tries to estimate his age, the magician takes out a deck of cards and shows that there are numbers written on the backs from 1 to 52. (The deck is randomly shuffled so that the faces and the numbers on the backs are mixed.) He explains a little game he plays by guessing which number a person might pick and he is absolutely sure to get the 35 from the first spectator. As a number is already announced, the spectator is allowed to name any playing card. The card is removed and shown that it indeed has the number 35 written on the back. The procedure is repeated with a second and third spectator, but this time a playing card is named while the spectators have to choose any number. Silent Linking Rings by Mayette Magie Moderne

The performer wants to show that the hand is quicker than the eye. He shows four 9 of Hearts. He explains, First of all, I will do things very slowly. If you dont follow what I do, I will stop right now! Otherwise, I will go faster! The performer turns one card face down very slowly, and put it inside the face up pack of cards. These actions are clear to the audience. Ok, I will try to go faster now. He does a very fast move. The audience feels that something happens, but they cant see anything! Even so, the performer shows that all the cards are now face down! Now, he left the audience several chances to see what happens; the spectators dont see anything, but one more card turns upside down each time! The last card is the last chance. And if I go in slow motion, as with a DVD, picture after picture, maybe you can see what happens The performer acts as if he pushes a slow motion button on his arm.
