You Blue It! - A selected card from a red backed deck is signed on the face with a blue marker. The signed card then turns into a blue backed card as you exclaim You Blue it, then the signature visibly vanishes from the card, then it turns into a red backed card and all appears normal as you say I would like you to have a souvenir.
